These free printable Valentine’s tags have 12 tags on one page. It is sized 8.5″x 11″ US letter. Use cardstock for more durability, but copy paper will work okay if that’s all you have!
Just print and write who they’re from, then tape or punch holes and tie them to a simple snack, treat, or a little gift. And you’re ready to go!
